Spices and Herbs – Especias y Hierbas

I will name the spices I use for all the recipes I’ll be posting here, that way you can start buying them and get ready for everything you are going to make.

Cumin, turmeric, black and white pepper, paprika (These are the ones I got in Morocco in a souk and are amazing!).

Curry powder, ground cinnamon, coriander (ground or seeds), ground ginger.

chilli, cayenne (these guys are hot so be careful but I use mild chilli instead, depends on your taste).

My favourite herbs: Oregano, thyme and parsley.

[Español] Especias a tener

Aquí mencionaré las especias que uso en las recetas que  voy a ir publicando, asi podés ir comprándolas y estar preparado/a para todo lo que irás cocinando.

Comino, cúrcuma, pimienta negra y blanca, paprika (éstas son las que compré en un mercado de Marruecos y tienen mucho sabor).

Polvo de curry, canela molida, cilantro (molido o en semillas), jengibre molido.

chile y pimentón (ojo que estos son bien picantes, yo compro el chile suave molido, pero depende de tu gusto).

Mis hierbas favoritas: Orégano, tomillo y perejil.
